* A rental fee of $10.00 per acre will be charged, with a minimum $100 charge, to the renter when the equipment is picked up.  A deposit fee of $200.00 will also be collected from the renter when the equipment is picked up.  If the equipment is returned cleaned, the $200.00 deposit will be refunded to the renter.  Acres represented on the drill counter are what must be paid by renter with a $100 minimum user charge.  Setting/Calibration of the drill is the responsibility of the renter.

*The District expects the equipment to be returned on time and in the same condition as when picked up.  Normal maintenance and wear and tear are the responsibility of the District.  If the equipment is damaged due to abuse or misuse, as determined by the District, the renter is liable. The District will impose a late charge of fifty dollars ($50.00) per day until the equipment has been returned.  If the renter is unable to return the equipment on time, please call the District office to discuss the matter. The amount of time will be set by the District for the use of the equipment. The District has determined that a renter should be able to plant approximately twenty-five (25) acres/day.
